Located in picturesque Emmental there is the gourmet
coffee house „derkaffee“. This is where exquisite green coffee from the
worldwide best areas of cultivation are freshly roasted every week and shipped
immediately to people who know how to enjoy life.
Since 2008 Daniel Sutter and Christine Schürch roast
coffee specialties in their own little roastary in Rüedisbach. Their philosophy:
fair-traded coffee especially from organic coffee farms. The two regularly
visit coffee farms to source the methods of cultivation and production the
terms of employment and the quality of green coffee after harvesting. They import
coffee directly from local plantations or cooperatives. Some organic or
fair-traded coffee specialties from importers complete their range of goods.
